Meet Our Staff

Lisa Mihora, MD

Dr. Mihora is passionate about setting up the best oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery practice possible. She knows that the extra touch of a small practice allows her to make your care refined to your personal needs and situation.

Zachary, Practice Manager

Zach hails to us from the state of Wisconsin.  Zach holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and is committed to making your experience at Oculoplastic Eye Surgeons of Phoenix successful. He is also a Veteran, having served in the US Air Force maintaining computer systems aboard the AWACS air frame and has deployed.  He enjoys guitar, running and biking in his free time.

Daisy, Surgical Coordinator and Billing Department

Daisy is an integral part of the team here at Eyelids Phoenix. She helps to ready a patient for surgery, billing issues, and in the clinic. Daisy has a background in optical work and is from Northern California. She is fluent in Spanish and loves baseball!
